Through our Website, NonFungible provides information on NFTs, blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and related digital asset information, as well as educational content, news articles, market research reports, and a glossary of terminology (individually and collectively, our "Site Services"). As such, this Privacy Policy applies to any person ("you" or "user") who accesses, reads, or uses our Website and any of its Content or Site Services.

Please note that your access to and use of our Site is subject to our Website Terms of Use, the terms and conditions set out herein this Privacy Policy, and any other terms of service that may be applicable (all such terms and conditions shall collectively be referred to as the "Agreement"). 3.1 In order for our Company to provide you with our Site Services as well as information via our Website regarding our Site Services, Content, and other products and services, you agree and consent to our Company collecting, using and retaining your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
